Placement

Focus areas are providing guidance, counseling and bringing students and potential employers together to acheive the best possible placement depending on the market conditions .The department looks after the interest of the students and the employers by providing them the necessary platform.

RRNTI promises the student a secure placement, provided that he / she:

Secures at least 85% attendance in the all academic programs and co-curricular activities.

Secures minimum 75% marks in academic and non-academic assessments. Students will be provided adequate training to help them in achieving the highest levels of academic and personality accomplishments and we expect them to work hard and improve in the same.

Is open to all sectors / functions and locations.

Shows 100% adherence with disciplinary and placement rules.

Will work in placed company for min 1 year duration.

Any student who passes with 80% or above marks in assessment will get guaranteed placement by the Corporate Resource Department (CRD) and DIOS.

In our experience, those who work hard and show a strong personality (attaining 75%+ in internal assessments) find it very easy to get a good job. However, those who score poorly, despite the rigorous training provided by the college, may still find it difficult to get a good job. Generally, those who score 60%-75% get an assured job. The guarantee assumes full flexibility on kind of job, and stands nullified if the candidate is not open minded.
